FALL PARTY RENTALS
PAVILION RENTAL INFO
Know that we will make every effort to open! Our business is subject to the weather. We will close if weather makes it unsafe to operate.
- The small pavilion has four 6 ft. picnic tables and two gift / cake tables
- The large pavilion has six 6 ft. picnic tables and three gift / cake tables
- No electric is provided – only lights
- If you would like a fire ring, it is an extra $30.00 and subject to the weather (Wind, Rain, Etc.)
- NO vehicle is allowed at the pavilion to bring party supplies (food, drinks, decorations, etc.) - We will gladly assist you over to the pavilion
- NO alcohol
- There is a 3-hour limit in the pavilion area - You may arrive half an hour before the party and must be cleaned up and moved out half an hour before the next party
- Any food / pizza delivery must be pre-arranged and paid for PRIOR to the party
- Please check in at the ticket booth at the wagon drop off
No shows will not receive a refund
100% refund if we close due to weather
100% refund if canceled more than 7 days prior to the event
$25 charge if cancelled with less than 7 days notice
